Here at Fit PT, we utilize a dry Cupping technique to treat musculoskeletal conditions, which include muscle, fascial and tendon injuries and pain. These cups use a vacuum seal to lift the skin and fascial tissues up inside the cup to provide a myofasical treatment. This doesn’t hurt, but can feel like a pulling, tight or stretching sensation. Oftentimes we include gentle movements of the body with the cups applied, to further the stretch and benefit.
