These intimate small-group strength classes provide the quality, attention and instruction you need to get your best workout! Come and work out with a small group of Fit PT friends and build a close community that you want to show up for!

These are weekly ongoing classes, but due to small class size, you must pre-register.

We RECOMMEND STARTING WITH A ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION BEFORE JUMPING INTO GROUP CLASSES. YOUR TRAINER WILL HELP GET YOU STARTED & DEVELOP A PROGRAM THAT MEETS YOUR GOALS!

Pilates Reformer Classes

These intimate small-group pilates classes provide the quality, attention and instruction you need to get your best workout! Classes are held on the Pilates Reformer with a variety of props & equipment.

These are weekly ongoing classes, but due to small class size, you must pre-register.
