Each session includes a custom gym workout designed to meet your body’s goals and needs. Progress will be monitored and supported by your trainer throughout the program.

Kami is a certified exercise physiologist, personal trainer & small group fitness instructor. Kami has a special passion for working with clients 1:1 to help them progress and achieve their individual fitness goals. Kami is skilled in working with clients of various fitness levels, so whether you are brand new to strength training or have ample experience, she will create a program that both challenges you and meets your needs!

All new pERSONAL training clients start with an initial consult. You will sit down with your trainer and discuss your goals and current health & fitness needs. Your trainer will design a custom program for you and help ENCOURAGE you every step of the way!
