Fit PT serves the active, adult who is aiming to enhance their physical body health and wellbeing! Here at Fit PT, we specialize in helping individuals move and feel better about their bodies by reducing orthopedic pain, solving pelvic health issues and healing fitness injuries. We have a collaborative team of Physical Therapists, Fitness Instructors and Wellness Providers, who all work together to help you build a strong, healthy body that you can be proud of!
Our Physical Therapists are specialty trained in Orthopedics, Pelvic Health and Fitness Medicine. They have a special passion for working with individuals struggling with core weakness, pelvic floor dysfunction, running & fitness injuries, and orthopedic pain – we treat the full body!
Here at Fit PT we go beyond simply treating your symptoms. Rather, we dive deeper into WHY a certain condition is occurring, HOW to solve the issue, and subsequently PREVENT it from happening again in the future. We believe in a holistic approach to care and enjoy collaborating with other like minded health and wellness professionals that may be a part of your current health team.
If you are someone who struggles with the health of your physical body, including movement difficulties, pain, discomfort, poor posture, muscle weakness, poor exercise compliance, or chronic injuries that limit your ability to be active in your daily life, then we can help you!

Fit PT was founded in 2015 by a mother daughter duo, Diane Klos and Kaitlin Haider. These ladies saw an opportunity to take the healthcare experience to the next level by merging together their physical therapy expertise, multiple fitness certifications, and their passion for holistic health and wellness.
Fit PT provides a more personalized, well rounded care experience than the traditional physical therapy model. You aren’t limited in your care by strict insurance plans or by busy, corporate hospital systems. Putting YOU in charge of your health journey creates better outcomes, success rates, and happiness!
When working with their clients, Kaitlin and Diane wear a multitude of hats…physical therapist, fitness instructor, wellness coach and business owner. These female founders work together to keep the Fit PT visionary alive & thriving! You can find Dr. Kaitlin Haider, PT, DPT at the Fit PT location in Hudson, WI and Diane Klos, MS, PT at Dynamic Performance and Therapy in Onalaska, WI.
You can find the Fit PT studio in the heart of Hudson, Wisconsin.

If you are on Maxwell Drive, you are in the right place…keep driving! We are located at the very end of the road, past the Maxwell Apartments, flag pole and circle drive.

Here at Fit PT, we are proud to say that we are Out of Network with Insurance. Meaning that any physical therapy care that you receive here can be submitted to your out of network benefits using a Superbill.
As an out of network practice, we can provide you with several benefits compared to many in network providers, such as, lower costs, longer visits, higher quality care, and opportunities to lead your health care experience. Rather than allowing insurance companies to determine what kind of care you receive (including how much and how often), we put you in charge of your experience & decision making. Sounds like a great deal, right?
If you are interested in seeking support in your Fit PT physical therapy care via insurance, you can submit a superbill to your insurance provider to go towards your chosen out of network benefits. See more information on superbills below.
As an out of network provider, we have the capacity to offer a variety of service options and packages, allowing you to choose your own adventure! You will always know exactly what you are paying for up front and will never receive a surprise medical bill in the mail.
A superbill is a medical receipt that is completed by your physical therapist after each session, indicating exactly what body areas were treated, what billing codes were applied, and what you paid for your service. Fit PT will email you a copy of this superbill within 3-5 business days of your appointment. You can submit this receipt directly to insurance to go towards your out of network deductible and benefits. This process is very easy to do and many of our clients experience great benefits from submission. It is dependent on your chosen benefits package so it is important to communicate directly with your provider regarding details.
Want to learn more about how a superbill may be able to support you? Check out more information on superbills HERE!
