Our private and duet Pilates Reformer sessions are designed for those looking to build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance and posture, and stay consistent with their movement practice. You’ll work one-on-one (or two-on-one) with a highly skilled physical therapist and Pilates instructor who creates a customized, Pilates-based program tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle.
Each session includes a purposeful warm-up, a full-body or targeted upper- or lower-body Reformer workout, and a mindful cooldown. Your progress is regularly monitored and adjusted to support long-term results, confidence in movement, and overall well-being.
