Dr. Amy found the profession of physical therapy as a high school athlete recovering from an injury during the competition season. She was so excited to learn that physical therapists prioritized staying active and being able to continue to partake in athletics while recovering from injuries, rather than sitting on the sidelines. Her first PT encouraged her to use the gym instead of leaving it – Dr. Amy takes the same approach!
Passionate about helping people lead their healthiest lives. Focused on treating pain and symptoms while maximizing function and fitness. Dr. Amy treats both orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions. She has a special interest in pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
Dr. Amy treats each patient with an individual and holistic approach utilizing body work and exercise retraining to improve movement strategies, reduce pain and enhance physical body health! She loves to challenge patients in a variety of ways to build resilience and strength.
